Prestigious *top ranking international Real estate developer and construction company is seeking to recruit an experienced Real *estate legal adviser who can work *within a team and demonstrate legal and technical skills to be able to deal with a wide range of *legal issues, *including all aspects of commercial *property law, some residential law and general property management.


*Applicants ideally shall have at least 1 year *post qualification experience in Real *estate field.


Responsibilities:

·******** Drafting, reviewing and negotiating lease agreements, *including new agreements, *amendments, renewals, extensions, terminations and assignments

·******** Preparing/ reviewing letters, protocols and notifications in *regard to fulfillment of agreements

·******** Assessing legal risks of deals; providing legal *analysis and searching for mutually *acceptable solutions during negotiations


Qualifications:

·******** Fluent English

·******** Higher legal education

·******** Excellent writing and oral communication skills

·******** To *have knowledge and understanding of Civil Code in Real estate field

·******** Experience in Real estate lease drafting is an *asset


Conditions:

·******** Minimum salary 60 000 rubles, net + yearly *performance bonuses

·******** Social security compensations

·******** Lunch allowances
