Responsibilities:

• The selected candidate for this position will provide transaction support to senior bakers, who cover the Life Sciences sector,on a broad range of corporate finance transactions including IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, mergers & acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and valuations. *Duties will include preparation of client presentations, performing due diligence, financial analysis and modeling. *Also, manage due diligence process, assist with the preparation of company marketing and transactions materials and interact with clients during presentations and deal executions.
• This is an exceptional career-making opportunity for the individual who is passionate about a career in Life Sciences investment banking. *This position will provide the already experienced junior banker with the skills and knowledge to make significant career strides. *Talented Analysts routinely make Associate within 1-2 years.
• This postion is targeting experienced junior bankers who have at least 2-3 years of I-Banking experience or VC/PE experience (включая опыт работы в РВК, Роснано) or MD/PhD in Life Siences and are ready to progress to the next level. Top tier educational background and academic achievement are paramount. *Solid work history and demonstrated career progression essential. * Prior sell-side IB experience or buy-side PE/VC experience (включая опыт работы в Российской Венчурной Компании/ Биофонде РВК/ Роснано) or creation of the major blockbuster drugs in Russia or any other country is preferred. Legal M&A experience is a plus.

Requirements:

• BA/BS in Econ/Business/Accounting, or MD or PhD in Life Siences required
• Must be highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of Capital IQ, ThompsonOne, Venture Source, Bloomberg, Фармэксперт, ДСМ preferred
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Highly proficient in financial statement analysis and financial modeling required
• Life Sciences/healthcare industry work experience very desirable
• Solid work ethic, commitment, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must have mature, professional personal presentation and demeanor
• Knowledge of English language is very desirable
• Legal M&A experience is a plus
