Our client, British company, Food Travel Experts, delivering world class food and beverage experiences across the globe for more than 60 years, owner of restaurant chain in Sheremetievo is looking for a sole in-house Lawyer


Responsibilities:

• Complete support of activity of the company
• Advising on the law issues and providing of legal consulting, especially on legal matters related to business activities of the group of companies
• Legal examination of contracts and related documents, drawing up of contracts in Russian and English languages
• Assessment of company’s risks in connection with legislation changes
• Carrying out issues of the corporate law
• Dealing with labor law issues etc.

Requirements:

• Higher legal education
• Fluent English is a must
• Working experience in international retail company is a plus
• Excellent presentation skills, flexible, communicative, team-player
