Reguirements:

• Higher University degree in Law
• 10+ years Legal Counsel experience as in-house counsel in multinational companies
• Perfect knowledge of Corporate Law
• Good understanding *of import and distribution matters is a plus
• Fluent English

Responsibilities:

• Full *Legal support to the Russian entities of CNH (preparation of an internal policies and procedures; foundations of a new entities, branches or representative offices in Russia; corporate governance improvements and optimizations)
• Drafting and management of distributorship, service, OEM supply, commission *and other agreements
• Assisting Trade Finance Department with all matters related to guarantees and debt recovery
• Assisting Dealer Development department with all legal-commercial issues, constantly monitoring the network contractual structure;
• Management of litigations and insolvency procedures through coordination of locally appointed external advisors if necessary;
• Assisting *HR department with HR matters through coordination of locally appointed external advisors if necessary;
• Assisting Parts & Service with all legal issues related to the Russian Federation areas;
• Participating to tenders, preparing all requested certificates, authorizations, assisting for* legalizations, notarizations; assisting tender coordinator
• Advising* CNH employees about and provide training on legal issues;
• Supervising and assisting outside counsel on major litigation;
