Our Requirements:

• University degree
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge (both theoretical and practical) of corporate, real estate, contract and civil/commercial law, currency control regulations, M&A / legal due diligence*
• Analytical and critical thinking
• Project and time management skills
• ability to handle stress
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility, tolerance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of self-motivation, proactiveness and commitment to results, responsibility*
• Fluent spoken and written English and Russian (Italian is welcome)
• Strong business writing skills
• IT literacy (MS Word, Excel and Power Point)

* Responsibility:

• Research and advise on various legal matters, including corporate, contract, civil/ commercial law and currency control regulations
• full legal support for international projects
• Conduct legal due diligence on Russian and EU companies, including on-site visits
• Act as a subject matter expert in specific legal areas or industries
• Supervise the work of engaged legal firms and review their deliverables
