Requirements:

  • Russian University degree in law (MGU, MGIMO, MGUA);
  • Profound knowledge of Russian law with proven professional track record, minimum 3-5 years of legal experience*(preferably in consulting);
  • Experience of working with western legal concepts, companies is plus;
  • Fluent spoken and written English, ability to render legal advice in English;
  • Ability to lead several projects simultaneously;
  • Organizational and analytical skills and self-management;
  • Persistent and detail-oriented, ability to work to deadlines.


Key Functions:

  • Due to the expansion of our Commercial transactions and Employment Practice, we are looking for dynamic Russian lawyers with an excellent English language command who have relevant experience in provision of quality legal advice in the areas of Russian Commercial transactions and Labor Law and related to them corporate, civil, real estate, tax, financial, matters.

The required candidates shall be also prepared to advise Russian and International clients in the following areas:


  • Legal advice on restructuring of employment relations, downsizing and personnel reduction;
  • Draft and prepare various types of employments contracts, amendments, and internal documents etc. in Russian and English;
  • Represent clients in disputable matters related to termination of employees, including legal representation in Russian courts;
  • Advise on legal and tax related issues of incentive programs, options plans and stock ownership plans;
  • Advise clients on legal matters and regulations on safety & security at work, protection during investigation of accidents;
  • Advise on legal aspects of various types of liability of employees, including top-managers in cases when damages were caused to companies;
  • Enforcement of non-competition and non-solicitation provisions under employment contracts.
