Обязанности:*

• corporate law (OOO, ZAO, representative/branch offices, non-commercial, non-governmental organizations, associations, funds, ect.) - establishment, registration of changes, liquidation, reorganization;
• contract law - drafting contracts, structuring transactions;
• opening and closing of bank accounts,*
• identification and appraisal of legal/tax risks on the agreements concluded by and between the Company and its clients (individuals and organizations),*
• analyze legal situation of the clients and help them to solve issues in civil and corporate law,*
• present statements of fact and law and argue clearly and logically in written and oral form
• prepare legal opinion and consultation to all kind of civil and corporate law related issues,*
• conduct legal research and analysis of state and federal laws,*
• keep clients up to date on new business laws and regulations
• enforcement of the demands of the clients in front of authorities and courts,*
• establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
• sales of legal services,*
• meetings with clients.

Требования:
• university degree (MGU, MGIMO, Legal Academy or another well-known state university),*
• good knowledge in corporate and contract law, general knowledge of tax law, at least 3 years of relevant work experience in international company, court experience
• computer skills, team capability, independently, honest, diligent
• personality,*
• excellent communication and multitasking skills, so that he/she can handle many research topics simultaneously,*
• client orientation and understanding of client’s needs,*
• extrovert character and good social and communication skills,*
• background in accounting, taxation or a related field
• language- Russian, English fluent, other language welcome
