CJSC "Chartis Insurance Company" islooking for MAS Coordinator within Multinational accountsservicing.

The main job objective of Account manager:

• To provide service to multinational programs incompliance with local legal requirements and with internallyestablished KPIs
• To coordinate incoming and outgoing internationalrequests in accordance with existing SLAs.

Mainresponsibilities:

1. Multinational programs support,including but not limited to:

• Coordination of incoming and outgoing internationalrequests in accordance with existing SLAs;
• Represent AIG/Chartis’s Producing Offices andMultinational accounts with local brokers & clients withparticipation of Underwriters;
• Provide consultation and direction in the setting up ofmultinational programs, including consultation on legal,underwriting and claims related issues in cooperation with relevantdepartments;
• Creation of new products in S3.

2. Account Management for complex programs and largeclients:

• Track Notification of Cover in OMeGa system and providerecommendation on program design based on thisdocument;
• Analyze global program conditions and communicate to allstakeholders our local restrictions, if any;
• Prepare policy wordings in accordance with theinstructions of Producing Offices and locally licensed InsuranceRules;
• Printing, binding of policies, issuance of invoices;issuance of certificates and plastic cards for Insured underBTA;
• Prepare RSS, book policies into S3;
• Processing of endorsements as per OMeGa instructions andprocessing of endorsements at client’s request underA&H;
• Issuance of reinsurance agreements/slips forinternational programs in accordance with existingSLAs;
• Update of OMeGA system on a daily basis on all accountswhich are currently in work and new ones in accordance with theexisting SLAs;
• Update B&C production ledger on a dailybasis.

3. Collection and analysis of statistics; preparation ofreports.

Requirements:

• Insurance Industry Focus (minimum 2 year inunderwriting; preferably, of Commercial Lines)
• Good understanding of legal norms and regulations in thearea of insurance
• Extensive experience in developing policywordings
• Fluent English
• Customer Service Focus
• Quality Focus
• Effective communication
• Experienced MS Office user
• Excellent analytical skills
• Problem Resolution & Decision Making
• Attention to Details
