Responsibilities

• Legal support and supervision of foreign acquisitiondeals;
• Drawing up and legal examination of the documentsrelating to the deals;
• Legal advice to the head of the company;
• Legal due diligence of the whole project;
• Participation in negotiations, communication with otherRussia and foreign lawyers involved in the deals;
• Other corporate and tax matters relating to thedeals.

Requirements

• Age: 25-35;
• Higher legal education;
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professionalexperience;
• Fluent English language (both oral and written) is amust;
• Excellent knowledge of civil, tax and internationalprivate law;
• Experience in corporate law (mergers and acquisitions) ispreferable;
• Ability to work under time pressure environment, sense ofresponsibility, ability to find solutions in stresssituations;
• Ready for business trips;
• Ability to proceed to work promptly is highlydesired.
