The Russian based managing Company (Vi Holding LLC) of a international industrial and investment Group that focuses on the aluminium and energy industry (controlling shareholder of Vimetco N.V., aluminium company listed on London Stock Exchange) , is looking for Junior Lawyer/ Lawyer to join international legal department of Vi Holding LLC

Our Requirements:

• male/female, 23-28 y.o.,
• law degree with specialization in civil law /international private law (Moscow State University of Foreign Affairs, Moscow State University, Moscow State legal Academy are preferential).
• excellent knowledge of civil and private international law.
• excellent speaking and writing skills in English.
• At least 1-3 years of prior working experience in international holdings or international law firm/reputable Russian law firm, dealing mostly with English documents and carrying out correspondence in English.

Personal qualities of an applicant:

• ability to work under pressure, responsibility, high motivation, strong career aspirations, ability to study.

Key responsibilities:
the range of responsibilities will be related to legal support of Group’s foreign projects and in particular, include:

· rendering general legal support and assistance to the senior lawyers and managers of the foreign projects;

• reviewing and drafting agreements and other legal documents in English, including internal corporate documents (BoD and shareholders resolutions), powers of attorney, AoA.

· coordination of work on different aspects of projects with external legal advisers including writing requests to the external advisers and processing of invoices issued by them;

• dealing with legal consultants providing corporate services to the Group’s companies, including preparing and sending instructions concerning signing of the legal documents.
• conducting legal research and preparation of legal opinions on various issues related to foreign Group’s activity.
• supervising the translation of legal documents by translators, arranging its notarization and legalization (if necessary).
