Duties:

• ******* Develop and execute sales / purchasing contracting documents incl. amendments and adjustments
• ******* Support in contract negotiations
• ******* Coordination of contractual changes made by client with company management
• ******* Consulting and support of Project Managers as well as other employees regarding contracting issues
• ******* Maintain electronic and hard copy of contractual documents
• ******* Ensure appropriate contract files are maintained in accordance with documentation policy
• ******* Submission of information to the accounting department for invoice preparation
• ******* Control of receipt of signed contracts
• ******* Timely, accurate and economically rational check and preparation of contracting documents
• ******* Strong support of interaction with other departments
• ******* Active contribution to the team work and development
• ******* Prevention of complaints / professional and economical handling of complaints
• ******* Additional sales support tasks
• ******* Other tasks related to the position

Qualification:

• ******* Higher professional education with legal background
• ******* Work experience on similar position not less than 2 years in a commercial organization
• ******* Foreign language / knowledge level: English, Upper-Intermediate
• ******* Basics of state legislation regulating commercial activity
• ******* Ethics of business communication
• ******* Contract communication and negotiation skills
• ******* Professional computer operations (Lotus Notes, MS Office)
• ******* Strong organization of daily work
• ****** Flexibility of timeframes and resistance to psychological stress
• ******* Readiness to carry responsibility
