The Opportunity:

• We are looking for Junior lawyer to join our Corporate M&A team.

The Role:

• Prepare drafts of client advice according to the company's standards;
• Make legislation researches on the wide range of issues;
• Participation in due diligence projects;
• Work as part of a team and demonstrates efficient team-work.

Knowledge‚ Skills and Experience:

• University degree in law;
• 1-3 years of legal consulting experience and/or in-house legal practice with major companies‚ leading financial organizations or legal firms;
• Excellent technical knowledge of Russian and International law;
• Excellent working knowledge of the English language: both verbal and written;
• Good client service skills;
• Positive attitude‚ strong interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a team‚ meet challenges and deliver outstanding results;
• Career- and success-oriented.
