Responsibilities: General roles: technical analysis of tax risks; drafting responses to the clients; marketing activity. In particular you will required to:

· Develop and realize projects aimed to increase tax efficiency of a corporation’s foreign structures, operations;

· Answer on tax questions related to cross-border transactions and foreign operations;

· Analyse tax efficiency of the day to day operations, as well as overall group structuring;

· Advise on developing tax issues and legislative changes, as well as a relevant explanation of their implications;

· Promote the necessity of preplanning tax analysis when considering new project or activity or agreement within the group and with third parties.



Requirements: Legal or Economic Degree (related to taxation is a plus). Business English is a must.
