i-Free*is a Russian innovation company, operating in the CIS since 2001 and internationally, since 2006. i-Free focuses on pioneering projects in mobile and NFC technology, electronic finance, digital content distribution, electronic payments and micropayments, applications for smartphones and new network devices, B2C digital product marketing and B2B mobile marketing. Now we opened a new position*of Legal Advisor.


Requirements:

• Degree in Law (bachelor/master/other);
• 3-5 years of experience in legal practice;
• Strong knowledge of corporate and civil law;
• Knowledge of international private law and intellectual property will be a plus;
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, including legal English;
• Skills in creating bilingual contracts will be an additional plus;

Main responsibilities:

• Legal consulting and full legal support for company needs;
• Review, draft and negotiate contracts;
• Providing of legal opinions;
• Legal support of company’s transactions;
• Legal expertise of documents;
• Representation of company interests in front of government bodies;
• Development of internal documentation
