Requirements:

• Russian University degree in law (MGU, MGIMO, MGUA);
• Profound knowledge of Russian law with proven professional track record, minimum 3-5 years total experience in rendering legal advice (working experience in consulting is obligatory);
• Experience of working with western legal concepts, companies, counterparties;
• Excellent spoken and written English;
• Ability to lead several projects simultaneously;
• Strong legal drafting skills;
• Organizational and analytical skills and self-management;
• Persistent and detail-oriented, ability to work to deadlines;
• Pro-active team player with strong drive to contribute to overall performance.

Key Functions:

• Advising on a broad variety of legal matters, including civil, corporate, commercial, tax, financial, real estate matters;
• Representing Russian and foreign clients’ interests in courts of general jurisdiction and arbitration courts;
• Interaction with external legal consultants on Company’s projects, coordination of relevant project works;
• Liaising with local authorities and government bodies;
• Managing project teams.
