Job description:

Financial Analyst represents the Finance area in the Russian Office, and reports directly to the Controller Manager Eurasia – Moscow. This professional should be able to manage confidential information and deliver reports both to Financial and Commercial areas on the regular basis. It is important the fluent English, relevant experience in finance or controlling as Financial Analyst is the direct contact for banks, external audit and clients.

Finance Scope

• Control on credit limits in the supply contracts used by clients;
• Control of exposure of clients working under credit limits, Letter of Credit and bank guarantees;
• Cash management: prepare daily cash flow reports for the HQ, forecast cash flow, arrange intercompany transfers or loans;
• Payment round preparation;
• Treasury: execute payments in the bank, including documents for the exchange control;
• SAP: Bookings of accounts payable, reconciliation of bank accounts;
• Liaise with the banks: to open and maintain bank accounts, to issue and control corporate credit cards or any additional products;

Business Management

• Analysis of plan/actual deviation in profit&loss statement;
• Analysis of profitability per product and region;
• Preparation of the profit&loss statement forecast for Eurasian market;
• Liaise with Supply Chain and Commercial to ensure proper pricing, cost reduction and production planning;
• Liaise with Sales support, Documents Division and Custom Services to check and release shipping documents (bill of lading, etc) to the clients;
• Liaise with clients, insurance company and banks to arrange credit limits;
• Liaise with outsourcing accounting and legal advisors to ensure effective workflow and document flow;
• Liaise with internal and external auditors;
• Communicate with internal and external lawyers about any changes in the statutory documents and power of attorneys for managers;

Profile:

- Higher degree in Finance;

-* 2+ years of experience in budgeting in international companies;

-* Fluent English;

-* Strong analytical skills;

-* Knowledge of Russian accounting, tax legislation;

-* Documentary credits UCP 600;





-* Uniform Rules For Demand Guarantees* 758;

-* INCOTERMS 2010;

-* SAP;

- Understanding of export/import operations, shipping documents;
