Job Description:

• Be responsible for contract quality, including contract text design, contract comprehensive review (review legal risk, tax issue, contract signing model, payment terms, logistics issue, insurance, et.) and contract negotiation.
• To ensure business target achievement and make comprehensive commercial solutions for international projects, such as design commercial signing model, calculate tax cost, design payment terms, choose insurance for project, select international logistics solution, aviod contract risk, etc.
• Business plans' and competitors' commercial solutions analysis,
• Research and design of business mode as well as its implementation,
• Commercial support to other departments.

Job Requirements:

• Male-female 28-45 y.o., from bachelor degree and above in Marketing, management, international business or related field of study,
• 6+ years working experience in law, international trade, international contractual management, international logistics, international finance and/or other areas,
• Experience in law will be preferable,
• Ready for business trips (approximately - 20%of working time),
• Good command of written and oral english (Fluent English will be preferable).
